FAQ's

Reservations
We do honor walk-in appointments on a daily basis however to guarantee preferred time and availability, reservations are suggested. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled visit. Late arrivals more than 15 minutes will be rescheduled unless a later time is available.

Payments
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Debit for all payments. We no longer accept personal checks.

Cancellations
Same day cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. A visa or master card are required for same day appointments and first time guests.

Gratuities
Gratuities are highly appreciated by your service provider but not required. If you prefer to tip your stylist, 18% of your service total is a standard gratuity. Tips are accepted in cash or check only and envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience. Cash back on charges and checks are not permitted.

Product Returns
Retail returns are accepted within 2 weeks of purchase with a valid receipt for retail exchange only. Cash refunds are not provided.

Excellence Guarantee
We offer a 2 week service guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your service, we will redo the service at no charge with the same stylist or an upper level stylist. Refunds are only given at the owner/manager's discretion in the form of salon credit.

Children
Due to the nature of our business and guest seating, we ask that children do not accompany you to your visit unless they are also receiving services. Our guests and staff appreciate your understanding of our salon ambiance.

Prices
Prices vary by stylist and length of hair. We offer in-salon price quotes along with free consultations for services. Over the phone price quotes can not be guaranteed due to variance of length and thickness of hair. Prices are also subject to change without notice.
