Service Guarantee
If you need an adjustment or alteration to your service, we will redo it for free within 2 weeks of your service at no charge. If you want something different then what you requested, the normal rate will be charged for a new service.
Retail Return Policy
We love our products and offer the highest quality organic ingredients. If a product does not work for you, we will exchange it for another product that does. If not, we will issue a Gift Card for the value that can be used towards a future purchase or service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand sometimes you just can't make your appointment. When you can't we kindly ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. Same day cancellations and No Shows will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled visit. Deposits will be required for guests who frequently same day cancel or no show.
Tip Policy
We greatly appreciate tips on your service! We accept tips via Venmo, Zelle or cash which go directly to your stylist. Therefore we no longer accept tips on credit card charges.
Pricing and Menu
Our menu updates annually and prices are subject to change as new services are added or updated. We base the price of color and blowouts/styling on hair length and density. We have prices for short/medium to long/extra long hair lengths. Haircuts vary by the level and experience of the stylist.
